Me and Jase had a big day out in Torquay last weekend, we went around the shops and went for fancy dinner and then we saw Rocky Horror at the theatre, so that was all awesome BUT it was quite cold and rainy so by about 5pm we were flagging a bit, and Jase made this suggestion. Truth is, we both seriously considered it, it just sounded so comfortable and cosy and appealing…..
It is well-documented that sea creatures give me the creepies, so I have no idea why I enthusiastically suggested that we go to the aquarium! I did enjoy it, but I enjoyed the bits where the monsters animals were behind glass a lot more.
Have this picture of Jase with the rays!
Aww wow it’s been ages, I’ve been terrrrrrrrible at updating this.
I also realised my tags are all messed up, and I have “comic” and “comics” all differently all over the place and it’s a nonsensical bundle of awful, so I need to sort that out so it makes sense and shiz.
Anyhow I’ve been busy! Loads has been up. I’ve been to AMERICA! That was pretty crazy. But despite seeing the Washington Monument and pretzels *this big*, still my favourite things to draw comics about are stupid moments in bed at home. Ho hum.
Inspired by all the art challenges I keep on seeing on my dash, not least of all Green’s awesome gouache monster girl challenge: I decided to start one of my own. It kind of came to my attention how little I actually draw, apart from journal comics, and I really need a kick up the arse to keep motivated. Anyhow!
